TinkerCAD Design of HC-06 Bluetooth Module

Learn how to design a simplified model of HC-06 Bluetooth module for your DYOR robot in TinkerCAD.

Here, we will show the necessary steps to design the HC-06 Bluetooth module for your DYOR robot with TinkerCAD. It is a basic design so you can easily reproduce it. The main purpose is to use this module in robot assemblies so we can easily show where must be placed (usually at the robot’s base). Here we show the expected result:

We will start by creating a rule (somewhere at the bottom-left corner, preferably). Now, create a cube and place it at coordinate (0,0,0)  and set its dimensions to (37.7,17,2), long, wide and height, respectively. Now, create another cube representing a IC with dimensions (9,9,2) at position (10,5,2) and another with dimensions (6.5,9,2) at position (20,5,2).

Finally, we create another cube with dimensions (20,10,4) at position (34.4,3.5,2) representing the connector. Group all shapes together.
